30-day return window

Shop with our 30-day money-back guarantee. You may request a return within 30 days after receiving your order, including for a change of mind, manufacturing defects, delivery damage, incorrect items or items that do not match their description.

Free returns by mail

Returns are sent by mail. Return shipping is free, and we do not charge a restocking fee.

How to start a return

  1. Email Support@vayndohome.com within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number and the item you would like to return. You do not need to give a reason for a change-of-mind return.
  2. Our support team will provide the warehouse return address, arrange free return shipping and explain the mailing steps. Please contact us before sending anything.
  3. Pack the item securely with any included accessories and follow the return instructions. Keep your return tracking details until the refund is complete.

Damaged, defective, incorrect or misdescribed items

Contact us if your order arrives damaged, contains an incorrect item, has a manufacturing defect or does not match its description. Include a description of the issue and photographs if available so we can help. These returns are covered by the same 30-day guarantee and free return shipping.

Refund timing and method

We inspect the returned item and issue your refund to the original payment method within 14 business days after we receive the return. The refund covers the purchase price paid for the returned item, including applicable sales tax. Once issued, your bank or payment provider may need additional time to display the credit.

If more than 14 business days have passed since we received your return and you have not received a refund update, email us with your order number and return tracking details.

Exchanges and order changes

For an exchange or replacement request, contact support so we can help with the available options. If you need to change or cancel an order before dispatch, contact us as soon as possible; changes may not be possible once the order has shipped.

This policy does not limit any rights you may have under applicable consumer law.
