What does the dispenser do?

It prepares warm, moistened facial towels using compatible compressed towel refills. The top control starts the cycle, the illuminated display shows temperature and a voice prompt tells you when the towel is ready.

Can I use regular towels?

No. Use compatible compressed towel refills, following your unit's instructions. Regular washcloths and bath towels are not suitable.

Where can I buy refills?

Our 60-piece refill pack contains three containers of 20 towels and is sold separately.

How much does shipping cost?

US shipping is free, with no minimum order value.

When will my order arrive?

Estimated processing is 1–2 business days, followed by 5–8 business days in transit after dispatch. Allow an estimated 6–10 business days in total. We email tracking when your order ships. See the Shipping Policy.

Can I return my order?

Yes. Our 30-day money-back guarantee covers change of mind, manufacturing defects, delivery damage, incorrect items and items that do not match their description. Returns are free and sent by mail. Contact Support@vayndohome.com within 30 days of receiving your order for the correct return address and instructions.

When will I receive my refund?

We inspect the return and issue a refund to the original payment method within 14 business days after it reaches us. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to display the credit. See the Return & Refund Policy.
