These terms apply to purchases and use of the VAYNDO online store, operated by AURELIOBRAND LLC. Please read them together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Return & Refund Policy.

Using our store

Provide accurate contact, billing and delivery details when ordering or contacting us. Use the store lawfully and do not interfere with its security or operation.

Product information and pricing

Review the product description, included items, compatibility and price before ordering. Product and shipping charges, and any applicable taxes, are displayed before you complete checkout. Unless otherwise indicated at checkout, prices are shown in US dollars. Products are subject to availability.

If an error or availability issue affects your order, we will contact you to explain the options. We will not increase an accepted order's price without your agreement. If we cannot fulfill an order, any payment collected for the unfulfilled items will be refunded.

Payment policy

Choose from the payment options available for your order at checkout. Review the currency, price, applicable taxes and final order total before paying. US orders are priced in US dollars unless another currency is clearly shown. A bank or payment provider may charge a currency-conversion fee if your account uses a different currency.

Submit payments only through our checkout. Do not email card numbers, security codes or account passwords. If a payment is declined, check your details or contact your payment provider. Contact our support team if you suspect a duplicate charge, and include your order reference without sharing sensitive payment details.

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method under our Return & Refund Policy. Payment-provider processing time may follow the date we issue the refund.

Orders, shipping and changes

Keep your order confirmation for reference. Free US shipping, processing estimates and delivery information are set out in our Shipping Policy. Contact us promptly if you need an address correction or order change; changes may not be possible after dispatch.

Returns and refunds

Our 30-day money-back guarantee includes free returns by mail for change of mind, manufacturing defects, delivery damage, incorrect items and items that do not match their description. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 business days after we receive the return. See the Return & Refund Policy for the full process.

Product use

Follow the instructions supplied with your product, including setup, cleaning and care guidance. Use only compatible towel refills with the dispenser, and check the towel temperature before use. Contact us if the instructions are missing or unclear.

Website content and third-party services

VAYNDO branding, website content and product materials may be protected by intellectual-property rights. Our store is hosted by Shopify. Payment, delivery and other services may be provided by third parties, and their own terms may apply to those services.

Your rights

Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable consumer law. If you have a concern about a purchase, contact us so we can help resolve it.

Updates to these terms

We may update these terms for future purchases by posting a revised version here. The terms in effect when you place your order apply to that purchase, subject to applicable law.
