Check Your Door Before Ordering

• Minimum required door clearance: 0.12 in / 0.3 cm

Measure the thickness of your door and the clearance between the door and frame before ordering. The door must close normally after the hooks are installed. Never force a door closed over hardware that does not fit the available clearance.

Simple Tool-Free Setup

1. Place the two upper metal hooks securely over the top edge of the door.
2. Connect and position the lower hooks along the bottom edge of the door.
3. Adjust the webbing straps until all three platforms are level and firmly supported.
4. Close the door carefully and confirm that the hooks do not interfere with the door frame.
5. Recheck every hook, buckle and strap before allowing your cat to climb onto the product.

Care Instructions

Spot clean the fabric with a damp cloth and allow it to air dry completely before reuse. Do not machine wash the complete assembled product unless the sewn-in care label specifically permits it. Check the fabric, seams, support rods, buckles and hooks regularly for signs of wear.
