Damascus-Pattern Cleaver Knife, 8" (20 cm)
Chop and transfer ingredients with an 8-inch Damascus-pattern cleaver. A wood handle and presentation box complete this knife for vegetables and boneless meat.
Details
This Damascus-pattern cleaver gives you about 8" (20 cm) of cutting face and a polished wooden handle, so chops land flat and you can scoop the board clear with the side of the blade.
Care and use
It arrives in a presentation box, which makes it an easy gift and keeps the edge covered in a drawer. Hand-wash and dry it right away, keep it off bone, and sharpen it on a whetstone rather than a pull-through sharpener.
