How does the dispenser work?
Fill the water reservoir, load compatible compressed facial towels and use the top control to start. Wait for the voice prompt, then collect and unfold your towel. Follow the instructions supplied with the machine.
Can I use my regular washcloths?
This dispenser uses compatible disposable compressed facial towels. Regular washcloths, rolled cotton towels and loose wipes are not suitable refills.
Where can I get more towels?
Our 60-piece refill pack contains three containers with 20 compressed facial towels each. It is available separately as an optional add-on.
How will I know my towel is ready?
The voice alert tells you when the cycle is ready. Unfold the towel and check its temperature before touching your face.
How do I refill the water?
The black rear reservoir is removable for filling. Follow the water-level and handling instructions supplied with your dispenser.
